I wanted to write and give one of your students and school a good review. My sister was married on March 12th, 2011. I wanted to get my hair done for her event and prior had made a consultation appt at another Omaha salon. When I went there the young lady seemed like she had other things she would rather be doing or not so sure what she should be doing. When I sat in her chair she asked what this was for. I explained to her that it was for my sister’s wedding and that I was not in the wedding and didn’t need anything done very elaborate but wanted to look nice. She started doing things with my hair, talking about pinning it up and curls (please know that I do not have long hair and also have short layers) and talking about updo’s and then asked me if I was the Maid of Honor. This troubled me because I had explained that I was not in the wedding and didn’t want an updo, just something simple. Then she was really wanting me to get my make up done the day of the wedding and kept pushing. I finished with the appt and made an appt with her (reluctantly) for the day of the wedding. What really got me was that when I walked out the only thing on the appt card was her name and something about getting 20% off. She didn’t even bother to write the date and time of the appt. Now I have a great memory and could remember the appt but apparently she was not functioning well that day.

Anyway, the day of my sister’s wedding came and I didn’t feel write about going to that salon with that young woman doing my hair. So I called your school and thank goodness you had an appt open. I felt bad for giving the other salon such short notice, but a gut feeling is a gut feeling. When I came in, your salon/school was very nicely laid out and looked wonderful! My appt was with Paris and she came up to greet me and asked what I was wanting done and the best part is she was listening! She was very kind and after looking at my hair she started telling and asking me a few things. She then brought over an instructor and discussed things with her and we decided what to do. It was very simple, big curl then flat iron stuff with volume. I had many compliments on my hair throughout the evening and was very happy at the service I received. Paris did a wonderful job and I will be coming back for another appt with her on April 2nd.

My friend and I just did the ESCAPE PACKAGE ..It was AMAZING! Deborah did a great job on everything.It was an all day thing and they provided lunch.They gave us the whole menu from Jason’s Deli and you can just get whatever.The Hydrotherapy escape was totally relaxing. The facial was my favorite. Finally found a place that does extraction very well! Spa pedicure and manicure was pretty good too.They were very frendly and accomodating. We will definitely go back! Infact we already made an appointment next month! Job well done! Keep it up!

I wanted to thank Sarah Park for the BEST haircut and color I’ve had in years! I will be back!!

I’m looking forward to have my hair done again by Capitol look anytime this October when I com to visit my sister who lives in Nebraska and have been one of your visitors. She said that you have such a great service, you are all friendly, accommodating, and does brings out the beauty in all of us. So excited!
