Financial Aid

Federal Grants and Student Loans are available, & just as any other college or university, we utilize the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine your eligibility.  Capitol’s in-house Director of Financial Aid, Cheri Clark, is more than happy to help you apply for Federal Aid.  If you decide to apply on your own at we insist you utilize the “IRS Data Retrieval” option to file your information.  Manually entering your information into FAFSA typically results in the FAFSA being flagged for verification.  Capitol’s school code is 009617.

If you’d prefer, you can make interest-free monthly payments with qualified credit.

Outside scholarships are accepted.  Achieving an 86% or higher on our Entrance Exam will earn you a $500 in-house scholarship.

College Navigator is a website to help students research potential schools, including a Net Price Calculator to help you and your family estimate the individual cost of school. It is important to note that this calculator produces an estimate on costs & is neither final nor binding & is subject to change.  You must complete a FAFSA to be eligible for Federal Aid.  Click Here for Capitol’s College Navigator page.
